Sas books have moved: SAS (Statistical Analysis System) Books are here

35 Programming books:
MVS (OS/390 or Z/OS) is the most popular operating system of IBM's mainframe computers.
Assembler is the programming language that is closest to the computer's native instruction set.
IMS is a hierarchical database management system.
TSO Time Sharing Option of IBM's mainframe operating system MVS (also called OS/390 or Z/OS).
TSO is an on-line interactive program development system that gives access to the same files as with batch (JCL) jobs. With ISPF Dialogue Manager you can create ISPF panels.
CLIST Command List. The earliest type of batch file, or scripting language found on TSO. Does not exist in any other environment. Largely replaced by REXX.
VM/CMS One of IBM's successful operating systems. Its demise has been predicted for a long time. It continues to exist because of its robustness and usefulness.
VSAM is a type of file structure that exists on IBM's mainframe computers. It is generally used for its indexed-file capabilities. The DB2 database management system uses VSAM files to hold DB2 databases.
Focus is a language that includes reporting, programming, database and file access capabilities and is found in many environments.
